Cancellation & Refund

1. Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be submitted through the registered corporate email. Access remains active until the end of the current approved subscription cycle unless otherwise agreed.
2. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly agreed in writing or required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Any approved exception will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Service Access Changes
Access limits, user count, and plan scope are controlled according to the confirmed commercial proposal.
